Neighborhood Coalition Support

The Neighborhood Coalition of the City of El Paso’s 79 City-registered neighborhood associations hereby urges the President of the United States and the Secretary of the Department of the Interior to designate Castner Range as a National Monument. Many of our neighborhoods abut or lie close to Castner Range, and we applaud the dozen successful ad hoc efforts since 1978 to preserve the Range from development.
